Dr. Tiffany Bautista
MS, OTR/L
Tiffany holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Kean University. She is an Occupational Therapist with 15 years of diverse clinical experience across multiple settings, including Acute Care, Long-term Care, Assisted Living Facilities (ALF/ILF), Transitional Care Units (TCU), and Homecare.
After spending more than 10 years as a Director of Rehab—where she developed strong leadership and management skills—Tiffany chose to shift her focus to outpatient care to prioritize direct patient treatment. Her approach emphasizes the therapeutic use of self, and she is committed to educating each patient about their individualized treatment plan. By aligning interventions with patient goals, Tiffany ensures the recovery process is guided by both clinical expertise and each patient’s unique needs and aspirations.
Tiffany is passionate about spending quality time with her family and her two dogs. She stays active by attending AMP cycle classes and practicing hot yoga, and she occasionally indulges in a bit of retail therapy.
