Hi and welcome to Peak Health Center, where your best health is our priority. My name is Beth Kaplan, A-GNP-C. I am a board-certified Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. I am honored to join Dr. Schick and the Peak Health Center team as the practice medical provider. I began my Advanced Practice degree with Rutgers University and completed my training with Binghamton University following my family’s move to upstate New York.

I started my nursing career with the flagship hospital of RWJ Barnabas Health, gaining experience as a bedside nurse in specialties including orthopedics, trauma, kidney disease and kidney transplant, and gastroenterology. During my time as a registered nurse, I identified opportunities in management, which played a role in shaping the healthcare provider I’ve become, including my ambition to deliver high-quality patient care.

As the Nurse Practitioner with Peak Health Center, I provide services that span primary care needs, musculoskeletal pain, management of fatigue, allergy testing and treatment, and more. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I am passionate about providing community-based care to maximize the quality of life of my patients and their families.

When I am not at work, I most enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and cooking or baking family favorite recipes.
